A : Yes .

The new Timing kit and spare parts development process is as below.

1. Customer provide the complete timing kit or spare part sample ,and part OE number / Drawing and parts applicable vehicle details;

2. We will do product evaluation to check whether develop this product, the min qty will confirmed according to market demand and evaluation results.

3. If it can be developed, moq is differenet as items .As timing kit set moq is 100-200 set , rail guide moq is about 1000- 2000pcs for refer .

Q : Can you make customer brand box for packing Timing chain kit ?

A : Yes . Color customer brand box is accepted for timing kit packing .

1.Color customer brand box production min qty is 1000 pieces ,charge is different as box size ,timing chain kit regular size is 33*24.5*6.5 cm, box charge is US$620.00 ,

2.The timing chain kit is packed by color customer brand box,so it saves our neutral box,so we will return neutral box charge to customer. For example,if customer order uses 300pcs colour customer brand boxes,we will return neutral box charge US$120 ( $0.4/piece*300 pieces= US$120.00) to customer .

3. Your Own Brand registration and Brand Use Authorization will be provided to our company after order confirmed.

Q : What’s about your Timing chain kit warranty policy ?

A : Timing chain kit Guarantee will definitively expired 2 years after Timek invoice date.

Claim Form will be completed and sent to this email(merchandiser@autotimingkit.com ) with copies of all required and necessary documentation.

For Timing chain kit, all components are to be returned for analysis.

Timek is not responsible for any malfunction deriving from partial/incomplete timing kit replacement on a vehicle.

Upon receipt of the returned parts, Timek will analysis these parts, then supply a written feedback to the customer.

When a complaint is accepted, Timek will provide its replacement part for free, and deliver these parts with next order shipment.
